Life Resources: I grew up reading to learn about life. I continue to read and learn every day – it is what inspires me, informs me, and allows me to create new ideas as well as have meaningful conversations. Raising a child with dyslexia has brought me new insights about reading: such as “reading” in today’s world really includes reading a book; listening to a book being read; watching educational programs and movies. As a result of my own expanded understanding of what “reading” includes, I felt compelled to share with you the good reads and worth watching sections that follow.
