When I was in college, Saturday mornings I would send mail (before the days of email) to friends and family members. Each week, I’d receive a nice supply of letters which caused fellow students to be a bit jealous. “You have to send letters to receive letters” I’d say. To this day, I enjoy sending cards for celebrations and just to say “hello, I’m thinking about you.”
Send a card the old-fashioned way – by mail. As a rubber-stamp I purchased in Seattle says it’s: “Better than email.”
Looking for words to put into your cards?
Some of you have asked: “What shall I write in my greeting cards?”
No matter how long or short your worded message is, your heart-felt sending of a message is what matters to the recipient. Enjoy creating a message that speaks from your heart.
Here are some ideas to get your own creative messages flowing. Use what follows. Or, create your own with these idea-starters.
